Everything went very smoothly - your team arrived shortly after your call and installed the instrument quickly and carefully. They were also very helpful and highly polite.

May I thank you, Jon and the team for a smooth operation carried out with great efficiency and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others.

Oh, that others (employed by us under the guise of the government) can get their act together - otherwise I may be asking for a quote to move the instrument again next time to Italy perchance.

  A short email to congratulate your firm  on having two really excellent men to deal with our piano removal this morning--they were highly motivated, very professional and organised,  and totally competent at their job--well done them.

 

               They left behind the rugs which they laid out on our carpet--we have them here and they can be returned when the piano is returned in a few months time
