The two pianos were moved expertly on Friday 23rd Nov (it wasn't all easy!) and reached the right places within the timeframes given. 

Your team coped with some difficult steps, a gravel path and removing one piano from a tight space very well.

Just had to write to say thanks and to praise the fabulous service. The crew arrived at exactly the time the text said and I am blown away by their skill and professionalism. Sadly all too often things seem to be far more complicated than one expects, so it is such a joy to deal with people who really know what they are doing and who do it with such ease and competence. I was dreading the humming and hawing about doors and steps - but there was no need. Your crew just popped the piano on the 'dolly' as if it weighed nothing (and believe me it weighs a tonne!!!) then manoeuvred it out of the house and down the steps with more skill than I have with a shopping trolley!! All whilst also being friendly, witty and charming - amazing. So thank you to everyone, I am so grateful.

Please pass on massive thanks and enormous respect to Adrian and Alex for a brilliant piano removal this morning in unexpectedly difficult circumstances - I arrived at the property at 7:45 AM to discover that the door through which your guys had brought the piano into the house a couple of years ago had been bricked up! It looked like a very tight fit to get it out by another route - in fact it was touch and go and I was worried we would have to get builders in to knock the wall down again - but they did an amazing job and succeeded - and were more or less done and dusted by the time the 8am parking restrictions kicked in!
