Just a quick note to say (as you no doubt already know) that the team from Pianospeed came this morning and removed my piano, so it is on its way to you. I want say, with admiration, that this was an astonishingly professional and efficient job. Jon and the others were not only amazingly capable but also very delightful and friendly. I thought it was going to be a difficult and stressful enterprise, but the whole job was done with the minimum of fuss and took 16 minutes (I counted). Amazing. Thank you for arranging it, & please pass on my thanks again to Jon and his team.
