Many thanks indeed for a very efficient service from Martin and Jim collecting and delivering the piano as per the agreed dates and time slots. They were amazing, negotiating some tricky corners expertly with such a heavy piano. I'm sorry about the difficulty they had getting it into my parents' house which put them behind schedule on Tuesday. Please pass on my thanks to them for a first rate service and really nice guys with it.
