Thank you so much for such a helpful and efficient service last week.
Claire could not have been more helpful in making all the necessary arrangements  and the subsequent pick up went smoothly, exactly on time on the pre arranged day. My thanks also to the two guys who came to collect the piano - they took only a few minutes but did the job with maximum care  and minimum fuss and brought exactly what was required to do everything properly. 
I will have no hesitation in passing on this recommendation to others - and indeed have already done so to a friend who has been seeking such a service unsuccessfully for some time!

Move upright piano, Petersfield to Sidmouth, Devon.

Last October you very kindly undertook the transport of my piano from our house near Petersfield down to Sidmouth.

 

I'm sorry it has taken so long to convey my sincere thanks for the wonderful service you provided.  I felt that my piano was treated with great care and was well tucked in for its journey to its new home.  The new owner is thrilled with it, and cannot believe that, down to such careful handling, after being transported quite a distance he has only just this last week needed to have it tuned.

 

So, many thanks for your care and attention.

The two pianos were moved expertly on Friday 23rd Nov (it wasn't all easy!) and reached the right places within the timeframes given. 

Your team coped with some difficult steps, a gravel path and removing one piano from a tight space very well.
