Dear Jon and Claire,
This is a brief email to confirm how pleased we were with the prompt and efficient removal of our much loved elderly piano yesterday (she'd been part of our family for 80-85 years!!)
Your 3 lads were courteous and worked with care and speed moving the great lump of a piano into the lorry. They are a good team! We were very impressed by the fact that despite one or two awkward steps the removal was so speedy so a big thank you to the lads. My only regret is not retaining the hinged lid section at the top of the piano as a memento. (To make a shelf!)
